Co-Active Coaching

If you are at a crossroads or feel there is something more you could do with your life, I have big news.  Your abilities, intellect, persona are just part of the equation to well-being and success.  The other part, your mindset, is just as important in affecting your future.

I do Co-Active Coaching. It means that you and I work together to create a better version of things for you. It’s a respectful way of coaching where I build upon your strengths.  I do not fix or hand you a rigid solution. Instead, I bring out your wisdom and direct you to an approach that works for you.

I have done work with high-performance athletes and helped them overcome whatever got in their way of winning medals. You, a high-performing individual, can benefit from my mind-body techniques to reach new heights. They work fast, and you see cumulative results.

My areas of specialty include kick-starting motivation, persuasiveness, increase of self-esteem, confidence and communication skills, willingness to improve health, resilience and overcoming self-imposed limits.
